Distant Drums #03: Wargames Illustrated Issue 390 / April 2020

– A Guide to Modelling (2) – Magazine“ dabei.

Nun denn, was bietet uns diese Ausgabe also an:

  • Playing the Long Game: Using Spies and Assassins in Your Campaigns
Weltkrieg
  • The Assassins – Cultists, Special Forces or Guerillas?
  • Painting Guide: Black Hawk Down Camouflage
  • Ordinary people, Extraordinary Spies: diverse Aktionen im 2. Weltkrieg (sehr gute Ideen)
  • Designer’s Notes: In Deo Veritas: Fast Play Rules for Exciting 17th Century Battles
  • Figure Spotlight: Muskets and Tomahawks – French & Indian Wars in 28mm (sollte man auch mal machen)
  • Company Profile: Empress Miniatures
  • Listen Very Carefully… Spies in Role Play Games
  • „Meet Me by the Three Pots on the Edge of the Souk – a Toolkit for Espionage Scenarios
  • Recreating an Airfix Classic: The Pontoon Bridge
  • Strangers in the Night: The War against the Thugs in India, 1820 – 1840 (die Täuscher-Sekte)
  • Tactica 2020 – Show Report
  • Infantry in Maximilian 1934 – New Options for This Ruleset

  • Observation Post: Spotted at Tactica 2020

  • How to convert… a Massachusetts farmhouse
  • Modelling Tricks and Tips: Explosions!
  • How to make… simple fences & hedges
  • How to build… 17th – 18th century European houses
  • How to build… Anglo-Saxon tents
  • How to build… an American Civil War Ironclad
  • How to make… ruined 15mm WW2 buildings
  • How to make… an ACW covered bridge
  • How to make… a Victorian shop
  • How to make… back-of-beyond buildings
